Submission Process
Follow these six steps to submit your manuscript for peer review and publication.
Prepare Your Manuscript
Format your manuscript according to our guidelines.
Use our Word or LaTeX templates. Ensure all figures are high-resolution (minimum 300 DPI). Include all author affiliations and ORCID IDs where available.
Submit Online
Upload your manuscript through our submission system.
Include a cover letter describing the significance of your work and confirming it has not been submitted elsewhere. All co-authors must approve the submission.
Editorial Review
Our editors assess scope, quality, and formatting.
Manuscripts not meeting our scope or quality standards are returned at this stage within 1-3 business days. Authors will receive feedback for improvement.
Peer Review
Manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.
Typically 2-3 independent reviewers with domain expertise evaluate your submission. Review process takes 4-6 weeks on average.
Revision and Decision
Authors receive detailed reviewer feedback.
Revisions are typically due within 30 days. Authors must provide a detailed response letter addressing each reviewer comment. Average time to first decision: 6 weeks.
Publication
Accepted articles are published online immediately.
After copy-editing and author proofing, articles are published with a DOI assigned and indexed in major databases within 2 weeks of publication.
Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts not meeting these requirements will be returned for revision before peer review.
File Formats
- Word (.docx) or LaTeX formats accepted
- Figures as EPS, TIFF, or PNG (min. 300 DPI)
- Supplementary data as separate files
Manuscript Structure
- Title (max 20 words)
- Abstract: 200-300 words, no citations
- Keywords: 5-8 terms, not repeating title words
- Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
Formatting
- 12pt Times New Roman or equivalent serif font
- Double-spaced text with 1-inch margins
- Line numbers throughout the manuscript
- Pages numbered consecutively
References
- APA 7th edition format
- All references cited in text must appear in reference list
- DOIs required where available
- Maximum 60 references for original articles
Manuscript Structure

All research must comply with Declaration of Helsinki. Clinical trials require ethics approval. Conflicts of interest must be declared.

Plagiarism screening applied to all submissions. Data fabrication or falsification results in immediate rejection and institutional notification.
